State Voter Laws
Tennessee law requires all voters to provide an acceptable form of photo ID when voting in person at their polling place. Voters may use the following forms of photo ID when they vote.
A Tennessee Driver License, with a photo
United States Passport
Photo ID issued by the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security
Photo ID issued by the federal or Tennessee state government
United States Military photo ID
Tennessee handgun carry permit with a photo
